The pear note is essentially what Ultra Male thinks it's doing, and many other fragrances obviously took hints from this. I understand the comparison to SJP NYC, as I also have that scent and their strawberry and floral notes do bare comparison.

This scent could be easily (and inexpensively) found in a mall body spray (like Victoria's Secret) with the same staying power.As much as I love it I am growing up so I must give it up as my signature scent,which makes me sad, but I will always wear it from time to time and keep a bottle stashed away. I love the tattoo design style of Ed Hardy stuff and for some reason thought that the scents would be more exciting. It's obviously inspired by that one, except here the sweetness is turned down almost completely and everything is rendered in a more aquatic, salty, tropical fashion. I have read many reviews about these and was worried it might not last very long but I purchased a little collectors box of minis of the Ed Hardy range.

Part of the reason is staying power, Hearts is much lighter and only lasts 4 hours even when I layer with with the lotion. com is an independent retailer carrying genuine brand name fragrances, skincare, haircare, candles and makeup. I think these perfumes from Ed Hardy are along the fruity/vanilla line the original one is more citrus, pepper, wood. this scent is pretty tart at first and then it gets creamy and you can really smell the mango and apple.I think if somebody like Paco Rabanne, or even really any other designer put this out it would have been a huge hit and competitive with 1 Million. It smells similar to the original, but fresher and cooler smelling, and I don't get any woodiness or "old lady trying to be young" from this at all. And I love finding fragrances that are cheapie but goodies but unfortunately this is not 1 of those fragrances.

I agree that we have to accept the new things, to try to understand the new fashion but the design of this bottle is so. After 30 minutes the woody and floral notes come out, this is more like a Victoria Secret body spray than a perfume. To my nose, this starts off too fruity, transititions to a muddy mix that really doesn't go well together and ends in another conflicting combinations of aromas. They are keepers though because I love tiny bottles and the bottles are very well decorated and cute. The packaging and bottle of the perfume are adorned with bright drawings, which depict elements of the tattoo of the world-famous master Ed Hardy.

Also, I feel there would be some personal shame for me answering the question "What are you wearing? I really wanted to like this as I LOVE Love n Luck as it the first cologne that I bought that got me attention and later causing me to start collecting fragrances. My signature scent - other reviews slate it for being 'too young' or 'too fruity' but I find this is just sweet enough without being overdone. It contains of pear, martini, papaya, woodsy note, suede, pepper, patchouli, basil, rosemary and sandalwood.
